We provide free Australia Post Express Shipping ANYWHERE in Australia. We are the only online cufflinks retailer with this service.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post by Express Post, which is track-able. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Most major cities/towns in Australia will receive the package the next business day (following dispatch), this is subject to the Australia Post “Next Business Day Express Post Network”.

Cities/Towns outside of the “Next Business Day Express Post Network” will receive their orders as per Australia Post’s service conditions – “fastest possible delivery on a non-guaranteed basis”. Please refer to the Australia Post website for further details.

Please note any delivery instructions placed under “Special Instructions” field during checkout may be printed on your postage label, however we cannot be guaranteed as this is at the discretion of the delivery service. We recommend shipping to an address where you will be available to receive the parcel in person. If you are not at your delivery address, Australia Post will leave a card in your letterbox for pick-up at your local post office.

Peak periods such as holidays and Christmas may take longer for parcels to reach you.

 

Returns

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return items in original packaging back to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange minus postage costs.
If you simply changed your mind regarding your product, Cufflinks Republic is happy to exchange the product for you providing the product is returned to us in its original condition and undamaged, including the outer packaging within 30 days of purchase. We will not refund you any cost in sending us back the returned goods and you will need to pay for return shipping from Cufflinks Republic  back to you for exchanged products.
If the product is faulty we will refund you for regular shipping back to us if you include the receipt in your package.
